Guidelines for Booking Your Party

• All parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your date. At this time we will assist you with choosing your seat location.
• All food selections must be made no later than 14 days in advance.
• We will need your total number of guests at least 72 hours in advance.
• Buffets are “All You Can Eat” for an hour and a half. Leftovers may not be taken off the premises.
• Additional fees may apply.


Cash Bar: Your guests will purchase their own drinks.
Open Bar: You purchase all drinks of any choice for all your guests plus tax and 18% gratuity.
(You may also choose to offer this package with a set amount not to exceed).
Non Premium Open Bar: You purchase all non premium beer, wine and mixed drinks for your guests plus tax and 18% gratuity. Each drink added to your tab will not exceed $6.00 for beer and mixed drinks, $8.00 for mixed drinks served in a pint glass, $6.25 for wine. Your guests may pay the difference if they wish to upgrade their drinks. (You may also choose to offer this package with a set amount not to exceed).
Ticket Plan: We provide tickets for you to give to your guests. When your guests turn in a ticket we charge their drink to your tab, plus tax and 18% gratuity.
Non Premium Ticket Plan: We provide you with tickets to give your guests with a value not to exceed $6.00 for beer and mixed drinks, $8.00 for mixed drinks served in a pint glass, $6.25 for wine. Your guests can turn in these tickets for any non-premium beer, wine or mixed drinks. When your guests turn in a ticket, we charge their drinks to your tab plus tax and 18% gratuity. Your guests may pay the difference if they wish to upgrade their drinks.
* * UNLIMITED Soft Drinks: You may offer your guests unlimited soft drinks, coffee and tea for $2.50 per person, plus tax and 18% gratuity. (This plan may be used in conjunction with one of the above drink options).
